Description

You will manage the complete post-sales lifecycle for top VC and startup clients, driving platform adoption and retention. You'll become a trusted advisor, own renewals and upsells, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 7+ years client-facing experience in customer success or account management
  • Track record of developing strategic relationships and driving value realization
  • Experience managing and closing renewals and upsells
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations
  • Drive platform utilization and provide best practice recommendations
  • Own renewals and upsells, proactively identify and address churn risk
  • Lead recurring Partnership Reviews to align on priorities and product roadmap
  • Act as customer advocate internally with Product and Engineering teams
