• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glassware
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and work areas
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment
• Sort and store clean dishes and utensils
• Assist in trash and recycling removal
