๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll lead a high-impact Customer Success team across EMEA and APAC, helping customers realize value from Mural. You'll drive team execution and customer value realization through coaching and operational excellence. This role offers a chance to shape CS strategy in a dynamic SaaS environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8 CSMs across EMEA and APAC.
  • Drive consistent execution of regional CS operating cadence.
  • Partner with Sales leaders to align on customer priorities and risk mitigation.
  • Coach CSMs on stakeholder mapping, value realization, and success planning.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or related SaaS role.
  • 1+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Success fundamentals in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales teams.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience working with customers or teams across EMEA and/or APAC.
  • Background in collaboration, productivity, or work management software.
