๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead a high-impact Customer Success team across EMEA and APAC, helping customers realize value from Mural. You'll drive team execution and customer value realization through coaching and operational excellence. This role offers a chance to shape CS strategy in a dynamic SaaS environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8 CSMs across EMEA and APAC.
- Drive consistent execution of regional CS operating cadence.
- Partner with Sales leaders to align on customer priorities and risk mitigation.
- Coach CSMs on stakeholder mapping, value realization, and success planning.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success or related SaaS role.
- 1+ years of people leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of Customer Success fundamentals in B2B SaaS.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales teams.

- Experience working with customers or teams across EMEA and/or APAC.
- Background in collaboration, productivity, or work management software.
