📋 Requirements

• 4–8+ years in consulting, investment banking, or strategy roles
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives with financial impact
• Strong P&L fluency understanding revenue, costs, and pricing
• Exceptional structured problem-solving and business judgment
