Description

You will own the full media strategy and execution across paid channels to accelerate Roku's advertising brand positioning. This role involves driving measurable results and ROAS by managing end-to-end campaigns, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • 5+ years in media management scaling multi-million dollar budgets, ideally DTC or B2B.
  • Deep hands-on platform expertise in LinkedIn, Google, Meta.
  • Strong analytical skills with data tools (Looker, Google Analytics a plus).
  • Experience with marketing attribution models and conversion tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Own end to end paid media strategy across channels including Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, Roku Ads, influencers, newsletters, podcasts.
  • Develop and communicate media plans, testing roadmap, and creative priorities driving awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign optimizations to improve efficiency and scale.
  • Drive and track against media targets, manage projects and communications with paid media agency.
  • Manage monthly budgets and allocation aligned with financial and marketing forecasts.
