You'll build and scale CodeRabbit's Enterprise Sales organization from the ground up, driving adoption of Gen AI-driven code review tools. You'll own the full sales cycle, exceeding quotas while acting as a trusted advisor to technical customers. This role offers a chance to shape the sales playbook at a fast-growing startup with strong product-led growth.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Proactively build a book of business through outbound sales efforts.
- Identify target ICP accounts and execute outbound campaigns.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from contact to close.
- Manage active pipeline while maturing Enterprise Sales processes.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of closing, quota-carrying sales experience.
- Technical competency to understand software and engage prospects.
- Self-directed with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working quickly with ambiguity in a startup.
