Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting with a record of successful hires
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track metrics and improve outcomes
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence engaging passive candidates
• Proficient with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and standard recruiting workflows

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting from intake to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scope and candidate profiles
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards
• Track recruiting metrics and pipeline performance using data
• Conduct thoughtful recruiter screens and deliver a seamless candidate experience
