Description

As a Senior Product Analyst at Gong.io, you will use data to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions. You'll work closely with product managers and leadership to surface insights, track key metrics, and drive a data-centric culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a data or product analyst, preferably at a growing tech company
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics or quantitative field
• Proven ability to surface insights that drove measurable business changes
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; comfortable with additional data tools
• Experience with product analytics methodologies and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker

Responsibilities

• Present data-driven insights to product management and senior leadership
• Build business cases for new product functionality and track effectiveness
• Lead deep-dive analysis to frame product strategy and roadmap decisions
• Own design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and datasets
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on data generation and collection
