💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Account Management function for Strava's brand partnerships in North America, establishing standards and frameworks that shape the long-term strategy. You'll also manage a portfolio of strategic partners directly, driving revenue growth and retention. This player-coach role has global scope, working closely with the EMEA AM lead to ensure consistency across regions.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage and coach a team of Account Managers in North America

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years in account management, partnerships, or media sales
  • Proven experience managing Account Management or Customer Success teams
  • Strong commercial acumen in advertising or platform-based sales
  • Track record of driving retention and growth within existing accounts

  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
