You'll lead the Account Management function for Strava's brand partnerships in North America, establishing standards and frameworks that shape the long-term strategy. You'll also manage a portfolio of strategic partners directly, driving revenue growth and retention. This player-coach role has global scope, working closely with the EMEA AM lead to ensure consistency across regions.
🎯 What You'll Do

📋 Requirements
- 8+ years in account management, partnerships, or media sales
- Proven experience managing Account Management or Customer Success teams
- Strong commercial acumen in advertising or platform-based sales
- Track record of driving retention and growth within existing accounts

- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Familiarity working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Legal, and Operations
