Description

As an OSP Engineer at Pearce Services, you'll manage engineering efforts for road moves, highway widening, and public infrastructure projects. You'll coordinate with state/local agencies and internal teams to relocate or protect telecom infrastructure from design through construction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong engineering background
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with RUS, NESC, and company design standards

Responsibilities

• Lead OSP engineering for road move and highway widening projects
• Coordinate with DOT, municipalities, utilities, and contractors
• Perform field surveys and impact assessments on telecom infrastructure
• Develop engineering designs, construction packages, and relocation plans
• Serve as primary engineering contact during planning, permitting, and construction
