You will lead sales growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland as a player-coach, managing strategic accounts and mentoring junior reps. You'll build pipeline, win complex deals, and expand relationships in the construction ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 7+ years quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience with over-performance
  • Experience selling mid-market and enterprise with complex buying processes
  • DACH market knowledge and network in construction ecosystem preferred
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools
  • Fluent German and strong English

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue targets for DACH, meet quarterly and annual goals
  • Build territory strategy including account segmentation and prioritization
  • Win and expand strategic accounts through full sales cycle
  • Create pipeline via outbound, referrals, events, and partnerships
  • Mentor junior sales reps through deal coaching and territory planning
