You'll drive product adoption, retention, and customer ROI for SMB and Mid-Market hospitality clients using a blend of one-to-one and scalable engagement. You'll proactively identify churn risks and expand accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Guide customers through adoption, value realization, and renewal.
- Build and nurture long-term stakeholder relationships.
- Proactively identify risks and implement churn prevention.
- Identify and qualify expansion opportunities aligned with goals.
๐ Requirements
- 2โ5 years in Customer Success or Account Management
- SaaS industry experience preferred
- Fluency in English and German
- Proven track record of driving retention and revenue growth

- Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, Confluence
- Hospitality technology knowledge
- Experience in fast-paced environments
