📋 Requirements

• Robotics and autonomy background with real-world system deployment
• Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing engineering teams in distributed settings
• Comfortable defining goals and delivering with minimal supervision
• Broad technical fluency across software engineering, ML, controls, and systems integration
