🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit and train volunteers for canvassing and phone banking
• Organize community events and town halls
• Manage regional voter contact goals and data entry
• Coordinate with local partners and stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of campaign or community organizing experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work irregular hours including weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Fluency in Spanish
• Experience with VAN or other campaign tools
• Knowledge of Florida political landscape
