Description

You will act as a Business Partner to EMEA Sales Leadership, connecting a growing sales team with processes and data. You'll independently identify business insights, improve sales processes, and drive global initiatives within EMEA.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Sales Operations experience in B2B SaaS
  • Advanced skills in Salesforce, Tableau (or other BI), and SQL
  • Proven experience driving operational improvements in B2B SaaS sales
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a high-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage advanced reporting and analytics project requests from stakeholders
  • Independently identify analysis opportunities to understand sales trends
  • Analyze data, produce and maintain sales reports, present insights to leadership
  • Identify opportunities through data to drive efficient sales process and generate revenue
  • Educate, consult and enforce Salesforce best practices within the sales team
