You'll join Carvana's Market Operations team to ensure our vehicles are clean and inspection-ready for customers. Your work directly supports timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. This role offers a clear career path with merit-based pay increases every 90 days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly
• Complete multi-point inspection on arriving inventory
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and vendors

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record for past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
