💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Growth engineering team for a mission-driven telehealth company, splitting time between management and coding. You'll own the lower acquisition funnel from flow start through checkout, with a focus on conversion rate optimization. This role offers direct revenue impact and the chance to build experimentation infrastructure that compounds over time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver A/B experiments on signup and checkout flows using Amplitude
• Ship full-stack features across the acquisition funnel in Rails and React
• Coach and develop engineers through 1:1s, pair programming, and code reviews
• Own experiment design including sample sizing and metric selection

📋 Requirements

• Led a team of 4-8 engineers with direct reports
• Shipped and measured growth experiments in a subscription product
• Writes production Ruby on Rails and React code
• Can design an experiment, pick the right metric, and set sample size

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare, wellness, or regulated subscription commerce
• Familiarity with Stripe billing or Klarna payments
• Experience building Amplitude or similar experimentation infrastructure
