Description

You will plan, manage, and deliver major capital projects across Cottonwood Residential's multifamily portfolio, coordinating with regional teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. This role involves financial management, vendor oversight, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing capital improvement or construction projects; multifamily preferred
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across dispersed sites
• Strong financial acumen with budget and contract management experience
• Knowledge of lien waiver processes and project closeout documentation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage capital improvement projects from initiation through closeout
• Collaborate with regional managers to schedule and align project timelines
• Lead pre-construction meetings and maintain project schedules
• Manage budgets, track CAPEX, and review contracts and invoices
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and safety standards
