Description

Join MongoDB as a Customer Success Manager, where you'll act as a strategic advisor to customers, helping them optimize their use of MongoDB and drive business outcomes. You'll collaborate with internal teams to build account plans, resolve issues, and contribute to the Customer Success program in a hybrid, autonomous environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-centric role
  • Passion for advocating for customers
  • Aptitude and curiosity for technical concepts
  • Ability to act autonomously and take ownership
  • Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Act as strategic advisor, running enablement sessions and advising on best practices
  • Collect feedback and identify roadblocks to inform Product and Leadership
  • De-escalate critical customer issues and find optimal solutions
  • Build and execute account plans to mitigate risk and drive growth
  • Lead executive business reviews and interface with C-suite
