You'll lead the weld team in a climate-controlled department repairing turbine engine components for aerospace. You'll ensure safe, quality production while meeting customer schedules. This role offers a collaborative environment with a family-owned industry leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee safety and well-being of the weld team.
• Monitor work assignments to meet production schedules.
• Conduct performance reviews and employee development.
• Lead department meetings and communicate changes.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing or aviation.
• TIG welding experience of at least 2 years or accredited courses.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
• AWS welding certification, preferably AWS D17.1.
