💼 About This Role

You'll lead the FinTech & Risk Analytics team at Jobber, building portfolio analytics frameworks and risk models for embedded financial products. You'll drive data-driven strategies that improve profitability and safety across payments, lending, and capital products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the FinTech & Risk Analytics roadmap
• Develop portfolio analytics frameworks using ROA/ROE methodologies
• Design portfolio risk models with IFRS 9 methodologies
• Champion AI/ML adoption for real-time underwriting and fraud detection

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in analytics, risk management, or financial services
• Deep expertise in portfolio risk modeling including IFRS 9 frameworks
• Experience designing data-driven credit strategies
• Track record as an AI advocate and change agent

• Experience with SaaS-based FinTech products
