Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 12+ years experience with proven strategic growth and business development
• Current licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering preferred
• Proven track record in Science and Technology market

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Market Business Plan
• Lead business development to achieve top line targets with 10% annual growth
• Serve as client leader on billable projects
• Enhance market brand through speaking, writing, and external activities
• Mentor team members and recruit talent
