Description

You will lead two offshore teams focused on data validation and QA for defense acquisition content, ensuring high-quality, fast-turnaround deliverables. You'll manage workflows, coach team members, and drive process improvements using SQL and Python to reduce rework and improve scalability.

Requirements

• 3+ years in content operations, data operations, or similar roles supporting structured data workflows
• 1-3+ years leading analysts or data QA teams, including offshore/shift-based coverage preferred
• SQL and Python experience
• Experience with structured datasets, logs, and validation outputs for root cause analysis
• U.S. Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Manage two offshore teams for content validation and QA, overseeing daily workflow and SLA delivery
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to maintain accountability across cultures and shifts
• Triage requests, prioritize workloads, and establish feedback loops to reduce errors
• Maintain and improve SOPs, QA guidelines, and validation standards
• Track metrics, risks, and outcomes; provide daily/weekly status updates
