💼 About This Role

You'll manage a distributed team of Privacy Advisors, driving efficiency and quality across privacy removal workflows. You'll act as operational liaison to Product and Engineering teams, translating frontline insights into tooling improvements. This is a remote-friendly player-coach role with impact on member satisfaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and support a team of Privacy Advisors with coaching and performance feedback.
• Monitor team performance metrics and SLAs, identifying risks and corrective actions.
• Own quality of removal workflows through audits and calibration sessions.
• Act as escalation point for complex removal cases and operational liaison to engineering.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, Trust & Safety, or privacy operations.
• 1+ year of direct people management or team lead experience.
• Demonstrated experience working alongside product and engineering teams.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar ticketing/case management systems.

• Background in privacy operations or Trust & Safety.
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams across time zones.
• Familiarity with CCPA or GDPR.
