💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary relationship lead for a strategic enterprise customer in the healthcare sector, driving long-term account growth. You'll manage complex customer dynamics, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate internally across sales, services, and deployment teams. This role requires regular onsite engagement and 65% travel to customer locations.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary point of contact across multiple customer stakeholders and initiatives.
  • Build trusted relationships with business-line, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Map key stakeholders and influence networks to identify decision-makers and blockers.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Flywheel, and Deployment teams to align efforts.

📋 Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in account management, enterprise customer success, or consulting.
  • Experience working with healthcare systems, hospitals, or healthcare technology organizations.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel 65% of the time unless based in Minneapolis.
