You'll drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and regions, partnering with hiring leaders to build strong talent pipelines. You'll use AI-enabled sourcing tools and ATS platforms to improve speed and quality of hire in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
π― What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer across multiple geographies.
- Build proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and map talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and provide market insights.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS platforms like Workday.
π Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday or similar enterprise systems.
