Description

You will lead brand-building and high-impact marketing creative, maintaining and evolving Roblox's core identity system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, on-brand design at scale.

Requirements

• 8+ years design experience with strong conceptual thinking and meticulous execution
• Experience from agency and/or brand side
• High fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, Keynote
• Detail-oriented with obsession for craft and quality
• Self-starter able to manage timelines and briefs from multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team, mentoring designers and elevating work through openness and craft
• Lead shaping and presenting design work, communicating thinking clearly to stakeholders
• Translate insights and strategy into design systems and identities that move brands forward
• Enhance Roblox brand by creating compelling, crafted design materials
• Maintain brand identity and contribute to design consistency and craft
