You'll lead a team of Account Executives to drive expansion and retention with existing Mid Market customers at Stripe, a leading financial infrastructure platform. Your core impact will be deepening relationships and maximizing customer value through cross-functional collaboration and strategic account engagement. This role stands out for its focus on shaping Stripe's go-to-market motion for the growing Mid Market segment.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead and coach a team of Account Executives on growth and retention.
- Own performance metrics including expansion, cross-sell, and renewal targets.
- Partner with senior leadership on sales strategy.
- Personally engage with key accounts and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
π Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
- 2+ years leading a team of quota-carrying sales professionals.
- Proven track record driving revenue growth through expansion and retention.
- Executive presence and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
