🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and coach a team of Account Executives on growth and retention.
  • Own performance metrics including expansion, cross-sell, and renewal targets.
  • Partner with senior leadership on sales strategy.
  • Personally engage with key accounts and executive stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
