💼 About This Role

You'll manage a caseload of students with mild to moderate support needs, providing individualized instruction and case management in an inclusive elementary school setting. You'll collaborate with general education teachers and families to ensure every student has access to an excellent education. This role offers strong coaching and support from school leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individualized, small-group, push-in, and pull-out instruction aligned to IEP goals.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive classroom practices.
• Manage an assigned IEP caseload, ensuring timely and compliant documentation.
• Facilitate IEP meetings and communicate regularly with families and team members.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid Wisconsin teaching license in Cross-Categorical Special Education or eligibility to obtain one.
• Ability to develop and monitor legally compliant IEPs.
• Strong organization skills to manage timelines and compliance requirements.

✨ Nice to Have

• At least 2 years of experience working with children in special education.
• Experience writing IEPs and facilitating IEP meetings.
• Knowledge of special education law and inclusive education practices.
