You'll own and scale Baseten's paid acquisition engine to drive qualified pipeline from ML engineers and AI builders. You will build a high-signal growth machine with rigorous funnel analytics and structured experimentation. This role offers a chance to shape the future of AI infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own paid acquisition strategy end-to-end with rigorous funnel analytics
• Design and execute structured experimentation across channels and creatives
• Scale high-performing campaigns to grow qualified pipeline
• Build performance marketing into a predictable data-driven growth engine

📋 Requirements

• Managed and deployed an $XXM paid ads budget
• Deep experience running paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, X, Reddit
• Understands how to market to a technical audience (ML engineers, infra leaders)
• Highly analytical with experience in B2B SaaS or developer tooling
