💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the face of our office and the primary account manager for real estate agents, supporting them with Compass technology adoption and marketing collateral creation. You'll also mentor coordinators and drive a positive office culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as office host: welcome guests, manage mail, set up events.
• Manage a portfolio of agents as their day-to-day contact.
• Promote Compass tech through 1:1 support and group training.
• Create marketing collateral from templates for agents.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of customer service or office management experience.
• Experience with enterprise technology like Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco office.

• Previous experience in real estate.
• Experience with live or remote training.
