💼 About This Role

You'll lead the technical integrity and regulatory compliance of Upvest's SIPP proposition, bridging complex UK pension rules with a scalable investment API. You'll act as the primary authority on pension legislation and technical queries, enabling Upvest to scale its infrastructure to millions of users while maintaining trust with regulators and clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead regulatory oversight of FCA, DWP, and HMRC changes.
• Resolve complex SIPP technical queries from clients.
• Drive product compliance with pension dashboard requirements.
• Enhance governance to mitigate poor customer outcomes.
• Deliver technical training to raise pension IQ.

📋 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of HMRC and FCA rules for SIPPs.
• Experience analyzing legislative changes into procedures.
• Proven technical problem-solving on SIPP issues.
• Strong stakeholder management with engineering teams.
