Description

You will oversee print and web workflows as a senior member of Artforum's editorial team, managing schedules, budgets, and production staff to ensure timely publication. This role directly reports to the co-editors and Publishers, requiring strong organizational and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Significant experience in art-related field
• Five+ years managerial experience, preferably in publishing
• High-level organizational and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency with InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and Microsoft Word

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor print and web workflows
• Coordinate material from commissioning through final publication
• Oversee publication calendar and balance editorial workloads
• Manage editorial budget and establish protocols
• Supervise editorial production staff and process print files
