💼 About This Role

You'll lead a hybrid role, splitting time between managing a low-touch client portfolio and coaching a team of CSMs for AI-enabled customer experience solutions. You'll shape scalable processes and drive retention for TTEC Digital's nearshore team. This role combines hands-on client work with leadership impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct 1:1 coaching and performance reviews for team members
• Manage a portfolio of low-touch/tech-touch client relationships
• Resolve client escalations and coordinate with internal teams
• Track team KPIs and client health metrics using CRM tools

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years in Client Success or Account Management
• At least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory capacity
• Fluency in English is a must-have
• Experience with CRM and analytics tools for scaling operations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, technology, or consulting environments
• Understanding of contact center operations, AI, or analytics
• Additional languages for nearshore operations
