Requirements
- 2+ years full-cycle B2B sales or account management, including field sales
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Strong negotiation skills with solutions-first approach
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of top-tier partners through strategic upselling and retention
- Spend at least 70% of time in the field, including frequent regional travel
- Conduct regular in-person visits, drop-ins, and meetings
- Proactively surface partner pain points and position solutions
- Exceed monthly upsell and engagement goals
