You'll support technical customer queries on Twilio's communication platform, explaining complex concepts clearly to build customer confidence. You'll document interactions and drive product enhancements, and have the opportunity to coach newer team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide product support via email, phone, chat, and video
• Document root causes and issue resolution
• Escalate complex issues to Product and Engineering teams
• Coach and guide newer support team members

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in client-facing technical support role
• Experience supporting REST API or enterprise software
• Functional knowledge of general-purpose programming languages
• Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, or Zuora

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to Twilio products
• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing system
