Description

You will lead our India-based Shared Services team, overseeing global month-end close, consolidations, and General Ledger/Accounts Payable operations. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant financial results while building high-performing teams and driving process improvements.

Requirements

• 15+ years progressive accounting experience with 5+ years in people leadership
• Strong experience in month-end close and global consolidations in multi-entity environment
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and financial statement preparation
• Experience with Indian income taxes, GST returns, and governmental compliance
• Track record of building teams and driving process improvements

Responsibilities

• Lead global month-end/quarter-end close ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and review month-end close packages including financial statements and flux analysis
• Oversee General Ledger and Accounts Payable functions with strong internal controls
• Support corporate audits and statutory filings across multiple entities
• Build and develop high-performing accounting teams, driving process improvements and automation
