You'll provide crisis support to residents at a crisis accommodation service in Melbourne, maintaining a safe and supportive environment. You'll respond to critical incidents and facilitate wellbeing activities, empowering clients towards independence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide crisis counselling, support, referrals, and advocacy to residents.
• Maintain casework records and document risks per policies.
• Monitor facility dynamics and respond to critical incidents.
• Facilitate recreational and wellbeing activities for residents.

📋 Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in human services.
• Direct experience delivering services to clients with complex needs.
• Understanding of housing and homelessness policy and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
