💼 About This Role

You'll develop financial models and performance analyses for Esri's FP&A function, partnering with leadership to translate insights into actionable recommendations. This role offers high visibility and the chance to influence strategic decisions through trusted relationships across Finance, Accounting, and the broader business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis
• Produce monthly and quarterly performance-to-plan analyses
• Perform ad hoc financial modeling to support strategic decisions
• Design management-ready reports and dashboards
• Support continuous improvement through automation and data simplification

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis or corporate finance
• Strong analytical skills with ability to connect financial outcomes to operational drivers
• Demonstrated experience partnering with non-financial stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field

• Experience with SAP
• Familiarity with BI/analytics tools for reporting
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Progress toward CFA or CPA certification
