🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide borrowers through documentation via phone, email, and text
• Review credit, income, and asset documents for compliance
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Closers
• Issue compliance disclosures within required timelines

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in mortgage operations
• Managed a borrower pipeline with daily customer communication
• Experience with multiple loan products (FHA, Conventional, USDA)
• Highly detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive tasks
