You'll own transformation streams end-to-end for a global marketplace, pulling your own data and building AI workflows to improve contact deflection and resolution rates. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own transformation streams end-to-end from data to delivery
- Build AI workflows including prompt design and evaluation
- Pull and analyze your own data for business cases
- Hold cross-functional teams accountable without authority
๐ Requirements
- 2-4 years in operations or program management where you personally shipped
- At least one production LLM workflow built end-to-end
- Comfortable pulling and presenting data without support
- Fluent English and based in Madrid or Prague

- Experience at a fast-paced tech or marketplace company
- Familiarity with Customer Service or Merchant Operations contexts
