  • Own transformation streams end-to-end from data to delivery
  • Build AI workflows including prompt design and evaluation
  • Pull and analyze your own data for business cases
  • Hold cross-functional teams accountable without authority

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-4 years in operations or program management where you personally shipped
  • At least one production LLM workflow built end-to-end
  • Comfortable pulling and presenting data without support
  • Fluent English and based in Madrid or Prague

  • Experience at a fast-paced tech or marketplace company
  • Familiarity with Customer Service or Merchant Operations contexts
  • Active follower of the AI/LLM space with hands-on tool experience
