• Develop and implement Market Business Plan to achieve 10% annual growth and firm profitability
• Lead business development and client engagement to meet $3.0M net signed fees per year
• Serve as client leader on billable projects, fostering strong relationships
• Enhance market brand through speaking, writing, and external activities
• Mentor staff and recruit talent to build diverse, high-performing teams
