💼 About This Role

You'll lead manufacturing system design and industrialization for a partner company in the aerospace sector. Your core impact will drive New Product Introduction, transfers of work, and Zero Defect Manufacturing across global production sites. This role acts as both technical authority and customer-facing representative, influencing cost, quality, and delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of manufacturing system definitions and performance targets during program launch.
• Oversee NPI, Transfers of Work, and major modification programs from launch to steady-state production.
• Own non-recurring engineering estimates and ensure accurate planning and budgeting.
• Lead and coordinate manufacturing engineering teams, providing technical direction and oversight.
• Monitor manufacturing system performance through KPIs and drive corrective actions.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering in regulated environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience with ISO9000 or AS9100 quality systems.
• Proven experience in NPI and industrialization through structured lifecycle gate processes.
• Must be eligible as a U.S. Person per ITAR/export control regulations.
