You'll build practical applications like chatbots, virtual assistants, and NLP-powered tools, focusing on quality and agility. You'll also evangelize best practices and mentor across Engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate on requirements to design technical and business solutions.
• Design, architect, and deliver AI-driven modules end-to-end.
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable code with proper testing and monitoring.
• Optimize platform performance and participate in on-call rotation.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development with Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and model integration.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and reranking architectures.

✨ Nice to Have

• Full-stack development experience.
• Experience with AWS in a production environment.
