You'll establish the operational foundation for a technical support organization, focusing on building reliable reporting and metrics and improving how support insights inform product decisions. This role requires hands-on work with complex, domain-specific issues and thoughtful implementation of AI-enabled tools.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and evolve support operations roadmap aligned to company priorities
- Own optimization of Salesforce Service Cloud as core support platform
- Define and implement support metrics and build reporting for demand and trends
- Partner with Support, Product, and Engineering to improve visibility and consistency
๐ Requirements
- 8โ10 years experience in Support Operations or Technical Support in B2B
- Experience building and leading high-performing support teams
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and reporting
- Interest in applying AI to improve support workflows
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Forethought or Agentforce
- Experience in a complex product environment
