You'll establish the operational foundation for a technical support organization, focusing on building reliable reporting and metrics and improving how support insights inform product decisions. This role requires hands-on work with complex, domain-specific issues and thoughtful implementation of AI-enabled tools.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define and evolve support operations roadmap aligned to company priorities
  • Own optimization of Salesforce Service Cloud as core support platform
  • Define and implement support metrics and build reporting for demand and trends
  • Partner with Support, Product, and Engineering to improve visibility and consistency

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8โ€“10 years experience in Support Operations or Technical Support in B2B
  • Experience building and leading high-performing support teams
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and reporting
  • Interest in applying AI to improve support workflows

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Forethought or Agentforce
  • Experience in a complex product environment
