Description

You will own the operational resilience agenda across Mews FS, ensuring IT systems are monitored, secure, and ready to withstand disruptions. You'll design and implement frameworks, secure new systems, and serve as the point person for IT security resilience, creating a coherent approach across infrastructure and devices.

Requirements

• Proven track record in IT security and resilience, ideally as CISO, CIO, or Head of InfoSec
• Experience operating in startups or scale-ups with finite resources and ambiguity
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure and device security and how they interconnect
• Strong domain expertise in cybersecurity and IT compliance frameworks
• Hands-on and pragmatic, able to dive into systems, logs, and configurations

• Own the operational resilience agenda across Mews FS
• Secure new and existing systems to improve risk posture
• Be the point person for IT security resilience across infrastructure and devices
• Reduce vulnerabilities and improve visibility with a clear incident response plan
• Ensure end-to-end robustness from cloud infrastructure to endpoints
