You'll lead cross-functional projects and build project management capabilities across a growing public interest law firm. Your work directly supports PLF's mission to vindicate individual liberty through landmark litigation. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on project management and organizational process improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement project management systems across the organization
• Facilitate coordination across communications, legal, research, policy, and operations teams
• Serve as Asana platform owner, managing workspace configuration and user onboarding
• Develop and maintain a library of PM templates and playbooks
• Coach project leads on scope, dependencies, and course correction

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience
• Experience developing and implementing processes and information sharing systems
• Experience administering project management software (Asana) in a team setting
• Experience facilitating information sharing across multiple systems (Asana, Salesforce, SharePoint, Quorum)
