You'll lead a team of electrical engineers designing power electronics and protection systems for commercial/industrial environments. You'll provide technical direction, coordinate projects, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive high-reliability power solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise, mentor, and support a team of electrical engineers
• Provide technical direction for power distribution, control systems, and protection schemes
• Coordinate engineering activities across multiple concurrent projects
• Manage resource allocation, timelines, project risks, and deliverables

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
• 8 or more years of experience in electrical design
• At least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity
• Experience with power distribution equipment, industrial controls, or critical power systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years in power systems or power electronics design
• Experience with AutoCAD, Altium, dFMEA, HALT
