🎯 What You'll Do

• Mentor and coach team members through 1:1s and performance reviews
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data leadership on pod processes
• Drive team to deliver high-quality features balancing speed and scalability
• Create technical diagrams and document key technical decisions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience focused on platform development
• 2+ years of engineering management experience
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud computing (e.g., GCP)
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to diverse stakeholders
