💼 About This Role

You'll design automotive-grade wire harnesses and electrical distribution systems for a autonomous vehicle platform. You'll coordinate with engineering teams and suppliers to drive program delivery and ensure quality standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design routing and retention of harnesses, cables, and connectors
• Develop BOMs, wire, and material specifications
• Create CAD models and drawings using SolidWorks and Altium
• Interface cross-functionally to drive program delivery

📋 Requirements

• BS or MS in Systems, Electrical, Hardware, or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in automotive wire harness design
• Experience with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard
• Experience designing harnesses for LV HV applications

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Capital and Catia
• Hands-on experience with harness crimping and assembly
• Experience with model development and simulation tools
